Which Means

  • The adverts you pay for are not delivering high quality enquiries
    • The format of adverts on-line has to be the same for each therapist. So if you are the client, you try to pick the best one, but the information you see is too generic.  It’s just the way advertising works.
  • You still need to work hard to convert calls into paying clients
    • Of course you do!  The poor client has tried to short-list a few suitable therapists but he cannot see why you are better than any other, so the advert just created more work for you
      • You probably pay for several adverts and try hard to make your ad stand out, but with traditional adverts, it’s impossible
  • Calls seem to come from “the wrong type of person”
    • You know what your “perfect client” looks like, but the people calling you are just not the right fit (if you know what i mean).  They either want standard services and don’t understand why your massage is “special”, or they want “everything” – Everything you don’t provide
  • Lazy agencies are no different to Advertisers
    • If you see how agencies work: In most cases, they offer pages and pages of “Girls on their books” and give their clients a self-service experience, now the client just clicks on the links in the girls profile and voila! A booking.  Except it’s not a booking, it’s an enquiry…….
  • The risk is all on you
    • You pay monthly for your ads no matter how they perform, the advert publisher gets paid. Even when you do get some enquiries, you still spend hours each day, making sure they are converted into fee paying clients. This model puts all of the work and all of the marketing risk and cost onto you. You alone.

This Is Why This Happens

The people that run your ads don’t care about the quality of your enquiries.  Many of the leads you will get are not ready to buy, don’t appreciate what you do and the value you add.  Picture it this way:

You are the wife of a Caveman. You are expected to do the cooking.  Your Caveman husband goes out every day to find food.

Imagine, instead of killing the food, all your Caveman did was to let it chase him back to your cave.   Imagine: As he runs past, he yells: “Here you are cook this one”!

The enquiries you get are mostly mad sabre tooth tigers.  Not ready to be eaten, at least not without a lot of work from you!

It Doesn't Have To Be Like this

You don’t need wild animals, you need bookings.  Now imagine the same scenario, but your Caveman was now able to take the wild animals and before you even saw them, would create food from them.

Your bookings are your food.  But you spend most of your day fighting wild animals!

Let Me Show You a Better Way

If you take a look at my home page for clients, I don’t advertise individual therapists. Allowing clients to make decisions based on an old (or completely false) picture is madness.  Allowing them to make “bookings” without understanding exactly what service is being offered and under what conditions is equally as mad.

I speak to every one of my clients directly and personally.  I ask questions.. Lots of questions.  Until i fully understand what is required and when.  ONLY THEN do I recommend a suitable therapist based on the following criteria:

  1. Does the budget available match the price of your service?
  2. Do you offer exactly the service required?
  3. Can the customer easily reach you in time or can you get to them?
  4. Is the client available when you are?

Only when all of these criteria are satisfied, will I take a deposit and create a booking for you.   NOTE: A Booking… Not an enquiry.

As you can imagine, finding suitable clients and vetting them and providing such a personal concierge service is expensive and time consuming.  I am rewarded for my time and expense from the deposit paid.  You deduct this from your agreed rate and the client pays you as you request, when he arrives.

Now, after 10 highly successful years as a Therapist, I am retiring from the Massaging part.

Additionally, my business partner has formidable Web development and SEO skills.  We intend to use these skills to find new clients for you.

My Concierge service is going to offer a much better experience for clients to find and book suitable services, without creating long tracks of “history” on their laptops and without risking potential embarrassment or inconvenience with unsuitable Therapists.
